Peanut Butter Oat Energy Breakfast BallsIngredients:
Peanut butter
Oats
Honey
Chocolate chips (optional)Pour a little less than a cup of oats into a bowl. Add in enough peanut butter to make the oats stick together (the mixture can still be a bit crumbly) Next add in a teaspoon or two of honey and stir together.Now you have 3 choices:
Either shape the batter into bite size balls and stick in the fridge to maintain the shape.
OR
Add chocolate chips (or other things such as dried berries) into the mixture. Then proceed to shape into balls and stick in the fridge.
OR
