Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

  • 1 box Pillsbury™ Family Size Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
    2/3 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup water
    2 large eggs
    1 can Pillsbury™ Fluffy Frost™ Chocolate Marshmallow Flavored Frosting
    1 cup peanut butter cups, chopped
    1/2 cup peanut butter chocolate chips

  • PRE-STEP: Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line 9x9 inch baking pan with foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang on two sides; coat the foil with cooking spray. Set aside.

    STEP 1: In a large bowl, mix brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs together.

    STEP 2: Pour brownie batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before frosting.

    STEP 3: Frost cooled brownies with frosting and top with chopped peanut butter cups and peanut butter chocolate chips. Cut into squares and enjoy.

    *STORE: Store leftover brownies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
