Peaches & Cream Smoothie

posted in Food & Drink > Recipes
  • The peaches & cream smoothie is great for the warmer months. If you like peaches you will lovee this! You can make one for the kids too cause it's doesn't need to have alcohol. You will need the following to make one glass:
1/2 can peach halves in light juice
    1/2 c whole milk
    1/4 c half & half
    1 1/2 c vanilla ice cream
    1 scoop peach ice cream
    3 tbs peach liqueur

  • Add the peach halves and 1/4 c of the syrup (that came in the can) to the blender.
Once pureed pour it into a bowl or cup.
Pour the milk, half & half, liqueur and ice cream in the blender. Make sure it's clean there shouldn't be any puree in the blender!
Once this mixture is smooth put it in a mason jar.
Top it with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle the peach puree over the ice cream.
    Garnish with a peach slice
