  • Ingredientes: - 1 kilo de harina de fuerza. - 1 chda de levadura instantánea. - 1 taza de zanahoria rallada a la Juliana. - 1 taza de cilantro picadito. - 1 taza de puerro picadito. - 1 1/2 taza de agua. - 3 huevos - 3 onzas de margarina o mantequilla. - 1 onza de leche. Preparación: cernimos harina, hacemos un volcán y agregamos en el centro; huevos, grasa. en el borde del volcán añadimos levadura y leche. empezamos a trabajar el centro del volcán, que se integre todo, añadimos agua poco a poco, amasamos hasta que no se pegue de las manos y añadimos verduras, amasamos y agregamos harina hasta que no se pegue de las manos. reposamos la masa por diez minutos tapada con papel fílm o un paño húmedo y formamos los panes de forma circular y colocamos en bandeja engrasada, déjamos reposar tapados por dos horas. llevamos al horno 350 f○ por 30 minutos
