  • Begin with the number of envelopes you plan on using. Choose different colors, designs, or ones with words/lettering on the front. Whatever you prefer. If you go into Hallmark stores and ask for just envelopes they tend to let you look through a selection of unwanted envelopes & let you take them.

  • Next, write the letters you plan on putting in the envelopes. They can be any length you'd like and say whatever.

  • Some envelopes you don't have to write letters for, maybe put some of their favorite candy in the envelope along with a sticky note explaining why you did such a thing. :)

  • Labeling was the hardest thing for me. When labeling the envelopes decide on something that sticks to the theme of what's inside. For example: if you wrote a letter about how that person makes you happy; label it "When you need to smile :)"

  • Finally, when all letters are done wrap them in ribbon or loosely put them in a box and deliver the gift to whoever you made it for. :)
