Everyone’s skincare journey is different and so is everyone’s Musely experience. We see many different patients with very different conditions, skin types, and timelines all looking to see results. At Musely, our dermatologists work to help each one of our patients maximize their results through treatment that is designed specifically to help them achieve their personal skincare goal.
As part of our efforts to build a sense of community and belonging among our patients, our team at Musely hosts monthly Office Hours, a live Q&A via Zoom to help answer any important questions patients may have. This provides a trustworthy space for our patients to gain new insight from our team of experts on the best practices, tips and tricks for seeing the best possible treatment results. Keep reading for highlights from past events, featuring some of our patients, Dr. Ubriani, Dr. Jhin and CEO, Jack Jia.
Maximizing Results!
“How do I get the best results possible?” “Do I need to keep using the products in order to maintain my results?” Will my condition go away entirely if I stop using the product?” These are some of the most common questions asked by our patients when navigating their Musely journey. The answer provided by our dermatologists is - it depends. Now, we know that’s not the straight forward answer you were looking for, but let’s explain.
At Musely, our dermatologists work with you one on one to give you the best medical advice to help you actually see results! They evaluate you based on a variety of factors including your previous medical history, photographs of your condition, and underlying causes. Some patients may also have more sensitive skin than others or have a condition that is more severe. Therefore, a one size fits all approach to skincare isn’t going to be helpful for a lot of patients. To help you get the best results, you have to work with not just your dermatologist, but also with your skin. Tips to help you better navigate your skincare journey and get to know your skin may involve using different formulations or applying additional products such as moisturizers. You know your skin best, so listen to it.
