Gather as many bananas as you need (I recommend two per person), and peel them, chop them into little chunks, and pop them in the freezer. After frozen, remove them and toss in the blender. Blend them up until it reaches a nice ice cream consistency (smooth and creamy). Yeah, it's THAT easy!
Love chocolate ice cream? Before serving, pour in a couple teaspoons of chocolate (depending on preference) and then blend. You can also use strawberry or caramel syrup, peanut butter, Nutella, and more. Apply toppings if you wish. You can make ANY kind of ice cream at your leisure!
Not only does ice cream made this way taste great, but it helps you lose weight since you're cutting a lot of unwanted calories and since bananas are SO good for you.
This method also saves money because instead of buying multiple gallons of ice cream for different flavors, you can just make your own flavor whenever you're in the mood for it.
