  • These cookies are THE best you'll ever taste! Why not put them to the test and bake some?! πŸͺ

    Makes: 18

  • Ingredients: (sorry that all the measurements are different)
    280 lb of butter
    1 cup of sugar
    1 quarter of a cup of caster sugar
    1 cup of self-raising flour
    3 quarters of a cup of plain flour
    1 large egg
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon of baking powder
    1 cup of chocolate chips

  • This should be around the size of the cup that you use for measurements

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius
    2. Melt butter in microwave for about 15 seconds and let cool.

    3. Pour melted butter into a large bowl and add sugar and caster sugar.

    4. Mix until sugars are mostly dissolved.
    5. Add egg to mixture and lightly beat.
    6. Add vanilla extract and stir.
    7. Drop cookie mixture on baking tray lined with baking paper.

    8. Bake for 12 minutes until lightly golden. Cool for 3 minutes.
