  • This is a simple recipe, but it's absolutely delicious, low on calories and quick so I just HAD to share my discovery of the veggie burger with the world.

    You'll first need the following:

  • Two slices of whole wheat bread

  • Lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, spinach, carrots, etc. Good ahead & throw in any veggie you'd like:)

  • You first need to cook your veggie patty on a griddle on medium heat.Just like pancakes it shouldn't take too long to cook about 7-10 min on each side.

While that's cooking you can toast your bread to add some crunch to your burger.

Keep your veggies ready in a bowl to pile on one slice of bread, add your patty &..

  • THERE you go! A quick,simple & healthy dinner made easy πŸ˜‹

Note: I prefer to not add any condiments or dressing just too keep it healthy instead squeeze in some lemon and a pinch of salt on your tomatoes.

Also! For a quick dessert (that you see on the side) grab 1/3 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt, a handful of blueberries & mix for a delicious treat after dinner.
