Neapolitan Dairy Free Cheesecake Recipe! #tipit by Neapolitan Dairy Free Cheesecake Recipe! #tipitIngredients BASE 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup walnuts 1/2 cup almonds 1/3 cup milk (I used coconut) 4 tbsp sweetener (I used maple syrup) 3 tbsp cacao powder (4/5 tbsp cocoa if substituting - add more if you like it a little sweeter) FOR THE FILLING 1 1/2 cups cashews, soaked for at least 4 hours and then drained 1 lemon juiced 4 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp vanilla essence 1/2 cup milk (I used coconut) For the strawberry layer 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 cup strawberries FOR THE CHOCOLATE LAYER 2 tbsp cacao (3tbsp cocoa if substituting) 1 tbsp maple syrupDirections Add all of the base ingredients into a blender, and blend until well combined Pat down into the base of your cake tray Put in freezer whilst you make the filling Put all of your ingredients for the filling in your blender and blend until silky and smooth Split the filling into 3 Take the base out of the freezer and cover with the white layer Blend the ingredients for the strawberry layer together, along with one third of the filling mixture until well combined Add the strawberry layer to the cheesecakeBlend the ingredients for the chocolate layer until well combined, and then add this to the cheesecake Put in the freezer until set (at least 1 hour) Top with your choice of topping, I like chocolate and raspberries
