  • Join the "no poo" movement! No poo is no shampoo. Shampoo and conditioner are full of chemicals that are doing more bad than good! Sure they smell nice and your hair feels great for a day but you're having to wash your hair EVERYDAY or it gets super oily.

  • Have you ever wondered why your hair gets so oily after just a day? It's because shampoo is stripping your hair of all of the good oils. So your hair is having to over compensate making it oh so gross. I know what you're thinking "that's gross. I can't live with oil in my hair. No shampoo? Why would anyone stop using it?!" It's because after you go a week or 2 without washing your hair it stops being gross. Your hair has caught up with the oil and now looks awesome.

  • THE STEPS:
Ok all you need is baking soda, water, and apple cider vinegar. The baking soda is your new shampoo and the vinegar is your conditioner. And don't freak out once you rinse your hair of everything it doesn't smell like vinegar or baking soda.
    1. I put the baking soda in an air tight container and use about 2 pinch fulls of it on my scalp. Let it sit for a minute or 2 until it gets silky. Then rinse. And make sure you get it all out.
    2. For the vinegar its 2 tbs for every cup of water. I use a spray bottle. Then just spray it on the ends of your hair. Let sit then rinse.

  • And everyone has different hair so what I use might not work for you. If your hair is too dry after then use less baking soda and more vinegar. If it's too oily then more baking soda less vinegar.

When you start this your hair is going to go through a grace period where it looks and feels weird. It's normal and it ends. Start with 5 days. Rinse every other day and only do the wash every 5 days. The go a week. Your goal should be about every other week. Give it a try. You won't regret it!! πŸ’‹
