My Workout Routine, Tips And Days!

  • Daily workout routine!

    Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

    Before every workout, I drink at least one to one and a half bottles of water, or one bottle of your favourite protein shake. Then after the whole workout, drink another bottle of water.

  • Workout: 

    01:00 Jumping Jacks
    01:00 Running in place (to get warmed up)
    30 Jump Squats
    30 Sumo Squats
    30 Regular Squats (to get the bootay)
    30 Lunges (to get those legs toned)
    30 Leg Raises (for those lower abs)
    30 Crunches
    30 Sit ups
    00:30 Plank (for a strong core)
    30 Fire Hydrants (15 each leg)
    30 Back Kicks (15 each leg)
    30 Calf Raises
    30 Hip Raises
    30 Clams (15 each leg)
    30 Bicycles
    01:00 Wall Sit



  • Tips!

    Most important tips: drink water and be persistent. 

    You are not going to get anywhere if you're lazing around. In the past if I was in pain I would skip a day, but then that ended up being a week, and then two weeks then a whole month.
    You do not want to do that, because you'll end further away from your goal. 

    Personally I think skipping a day or two is fine, but when you skip a whole week, you not only further away from your goal, you're further away from making yourself feel better in many different ways.



  • But do not lose touch as to why you started working out in the first place.
