I usually start out by going for a run for at least 15 minutes
I just started this
20 sit ups
40-50 jumping jacks
10 push ups
10 wall push ups
20 Ballerina squat jumps
50 lift ups .. Don't really know how to explain this .. That's just what u think there called
I do this last ... it really does push you and I've lost so much weight from this.. But you do have to remember to find what works for you because ever ones different in there own way And that no matter what shape size you are you are as long as you are happy with yourself you're perfect
