My Tips For Getting A Smooth, Soft, Clear Face

  • This is how I keep my face clear, relieve redness (which I have a lot of) and make sure my face is soft and smooth.

Here's a list of things you can use:

Face wash (it doesn't have to be expensive)
    A face washer
    Baby moisturiser
    Honey
    Sugar
Oil ( can be olive, sunflower, baby, it doesn't really matter)
Access to running water (you'd be better
off going for a shower honestly)

  • Mix the sugar and oil together and add a small amount of honey (maybe half a tea spoon).
The amount of sugar and oil you use is really up to you, I can't give exact measurements because I don't use them.
Once this is mixed together go for a shower.
While in the shower dampen your face washer and put some of the mixture on it.
Then rub it on your (wet) face, making sure to spend extra time on trouble areas.
The sugar will clean off the dead skin and dirt while the honey and oil will moisturise your face.
Rinse your washer then remove the mixture from your face.

  • You can use this mixture every two to three days for the first two weeks of use if you feel it's necessary but limit it to once every two weeks or once a month after this.

On the days that you don't use this mixture you should wash your face at least at night with your regular face wash. Make sure once the face wash is on your face you remove it with your face washer. This will ensure you thoroughly remove the dirt and dead skin.

  • After your shower dry your face and apply baby moisturiser. I love baby moisturiser because I know it isn't made with harsh chemicals and I believe it aids wonderfully in creating a smooth soft face and relieving redness. I apply it at night before bed and in the morning before I put on make up.
You can always use your preferred moisturiser.

  • I hope this tip helps you, it sure helped me :)
