My First Post Please Like!Shed The Weight With These Workouts WORKS GREAT YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE!I find that this works well being first so you can work your way down this list and through your bodyStart off with these and as you progress through your workout and through this list you'll definitely see some routines that will make you feel the burn right awayThese wall sits are killer and you'll definitely feel the burn immediately, your legs will probably shake just like mine did when I startedNice legs for summer I think YES!! Get those killer legs so you can wear those killer short shorts, each exercise is relatively easy and you probably won't feel the burn till you a few says inThere are Several versions to this plank challenge, I find that this one works really well because you start off easy and end with some tuff stuffThis is more of a core based routine to get those abs your probably dreaming about, each type of crunch is killer in it's own way so be prepared to feel that burn, if your not feeling it just add more to each setThis one is more of a pyramid, do this twice starting from the too and working your way down the list, then start from the bottom and make you way upThese are a little tough so it might be good to start off with ten on each side then with progress add another five or ten as you progressI know, this one is a little much so start off by doing one set and then when your ready add another and so on and so forthYoga is optional since it is not for everyone but try it as something new because it might just be for youDo this everyday and if not then three times a week, stay hydrated and go at your pace if this is too much, when I first started I had to cut some things down but now I'm able to go straight through no stops, it's also best to keep a workout journal to help remind you what you've done or need to doPlease like this is my first tip to post ever, I promise these workout routines combined and done together work well and efficiently, I wouldn't post it if it didn't work or wasn't true
I've tried these and there really is a difference, you shed the weight and definitely tone up with this routine:)
