  • If like me, you get up super early yet are always starving... Try granola.
I've always had it without milk however I recently tried it with soya milk and it is much sweeter

Either black 'english breakfast' tea
Or with soya milk

  • If I really crave something sweet I will either snack on trail mix(raisins,almonds,dried banana,dried mango etc) or I will serve myself some pineapple!
