    Every time it says "Sally goes down," you squat and hold till it says, "Sally comes up"
    And you repeat till the end of the song

    (You will feel the burn, but it's pretty sure and convenient to do!)
  • Use this as your arm workout and it isn't long at all

    You will feel the burn as well with this one
  • Main focus of this routine was butt and arms, and make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
