My 14 Day Experiment To Get Healthier, Clearer, Glowing Skin ~ IT WORKED!

  • I was VERY sick of my dull, flaky, and weirdly acne and blackhead prone skin, so I decided enough was enough. I decided to do these 2 things for 2 weeks and see my results.

    1) Cleansing my face using only the Oil Cleansing Method

    2) I drank 2 ADDITIONAL glasses of water a day (I normally drink water whenever I am thirsty and don't really measure how much I have), one upon waking up, and the second before bed.

  • By the third day, I started breaking out a little (but according to my research this was normal bc the OCM draws out skin impurities, which initially leads to breakouts).

    By the 7th day however my breakouts vanished and my skin looked a lot brighter.

    By the end of my 2 weeks, I was so amazed at the results that I have decided to continue this routine.

    My skin is blackhead and acne free, looks amazingly fresh and even my pores seem smaller. I am so amazed at the difference this made.

  • My OCM:

    There a lot of oils you can mix for this method, however I just used a really good quality coconut oil only.

    Step 1: Massage a quarter sized amount of coconut oil onto your face for 5 mins.
    Step 2: Take a washcloth and run it under the hottest water your tap gets.
    Step 3: Put the washcloth over your face and let the steam from the washcloth penetrate your skin for about a minute.
    Step 4: Wipe your face very gently with the washcloth to remove excess oil.
    Step 5: wash your face with very cold water a few times to close your pores.

  • Note: I only do this at night. I find it too time consuming to do this in the morning. In the mornings I just wash my face with cold water. If I feel the need to Moisturize my face at any time (but I hardly ever do because OCM balances the oils in my skin so well) , I just use coconut oil.
