Mushroom Neptune .. Tastes Just Like The Keg

  • Preheat oven to 375° Makes roughly 36 small caps Mushrooms 1 cup cream cheese (1 package) 2 tablespoons sour cream 1/4 cup grated Swiss or Mozza Cheese (finely grated) 1 clove garlic 1 can of crabmeat drained One can of shrimp or substitute for fresh shrimp (approx 6 large cooked or 10 tablespoons) 1/3 cup green onion finely chopped Bake roughly for 15 minutes or until top is golden brown and cheese is bubbling slightly .. Enjoy :) I substitute for fresh shrimp please like and share
