Today I challenge you all to do a 7 minute workout, whether it's going for a walk, dancing or an workout video, you choose! I recommended a app called 7 minute workout it's great and doing in the morning starts your day off fresh!
Also I challenge you to drink a glass of water before each meal and after! Eat your regular portions but drink a full glass and see how much less you eat just by this simple tip.
Lastly don't beat your self up if you don't eat good some days, just remember another day is ahead and you can start new. Try your best to succeed and you can achieve anything. <3
