It may seem against Nature to work out as soon as you wake up, but this is a great series of exercises to do in the morning to wake up, boost your metabolism for the day, and start the day feeling motivated
Before you start, drink a big glass of water to rehydrate your body and wake yourself up a bit
- 50 Squats
- 50 Donkey Kicks (25 each leg)
- 50 Russian Twists (Using a weight makes it harder, but I just use a book!)
- 50 Bicycle crunches
- Plank for as long as you can...
And you're done! This takes no more than 15 minutes to complete, and will have you ready to face the day!
