More Ways To Help Relieve Stress!

Since my first tip on stress has become very popular and helpful, I have decided to create ANOTHER tip with more ways to reduce stress :)
Buy a CD that has nothing but calm, relaxing music. Listen to it as much as possible. When you do, you'll notice that you'll be a lot more relaxed and happy than before.
Wake up early. I know it's hard, trust me, but it's worth it. People are usually always so stressed because they're in such a HURRY; just wake up earlier! It gives you time to do things you've always wanted to do, but never had the time to!
Look up a quick video on Youtube and do. some. yoga. It does wonders. It can be difficult at first, but over time, it fixes your posture and helps you to relieve stress. While doing yoga, remember to take in deep, deep breaths.
Get everything done as early as possible. MAKE yourself do it. That way, when the due date for whatever comes up, you won't be panicking! Actually, you'll have your project all done by then! When you are assigned a project, IMMEDIATELY start it and save a LITTLE time every day to working on it!
Spend time doing things that make you happy. I LOVE playing with my dogs; they're always willing to play, and they never make you feel bad or sad! They ALWAYS make me happy!
