Marshmellow Meringue Frosting 💘Ingredients
1 cup sugar
80mL water
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
1) put sugar and water in small pot and swirl pot until all sugar dissolves
-DO NOT MIX WITH SPOON
2) while your heating the sugar syrup, put egg whites into electric mixer in slow speed
3) boil sugar syrup or heat til 116 degrees
4) when the egg whites are now doubled in volume, fluffy and white with peeks, turn electric mixer on high
5) pour the sugar syrup into the egg whites in a thin, slow stream
6)carry on mixing for a further 10 minutes or until the bowl is cool to the touch
7) add vanilla
8) finished! Yum😋Frosting on a cake, i used a mini blow torch on some of it...yum!
