Marinated Chicken And Shrimp Fajitas by Marinated Chicken And Shrimp Fajitas1-2 pounds large prawns or shrimp deveined and shell removed cooked til pink 1large package if chicken breast cut up into thin strips 1purple onion cut in rounds 1green pepper and red cut in strips 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2cloves garlic crushed 1tsp hot peppers dried ( cayenne) Juice from one lemon 1tbsp Greek plain yogurt Method: Put all ingredients in a large ziplock bag put in refrigerator overnight. Make sure to mix ingredients and move around occasionally while marinating. Fry up all ingredients and dispose if marinade. Serve in flour tortilla with cheese and lettuce!!Can be served with guacamole and a ceaser salad!!!
