  • Ingredients

    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon dill
    2 tablespoons green onions, finely diced
    1 cup fresh spinach, wilted and chopped (If you have a food processor I suggest using it rather than chopping it by hand)

    Directions as follows...

  • In a small fry pan,
Add 4 tablespoons water and the spinach, cover and wilt. This will only take a few minutes at 3 on gas stove.

  • Lay the Spinach out on a paper towel and pat dry.

  • Mix the Sour Cream, Mayonaise, Dill and Green onions.
Fold in the spinach.

I didn't have green onions or dill. So those little squares you see is chopped dill pickle. I also used dehydrated onion and about a tablespoon of pickle juice.
