  • 2 cups old fashion oats. 
3 scoops chocolate protein powder (flavor and brand of your choice
1tsp cinnamon (optional)
3/4 cup peanut butter or Almond butter
 Mix all together in bowl
Add 3/4 cup water making sure to be precise on amount
Also add flax and chia seeds for more omega and fiber benefits

Scoop paste into glass square pan  like one you would use to make brownies and press paste down with finger tips
