Ingredients 15-ounce can chickpeas 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup tahini 1/2 large garlic clove, minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 to 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 2 to 3 tablespoons water Dash of ground paprika for serving
Combine in a food processor tahini & lemon juice. Process for 1 min, Add olive oil, minced garlic, cumin and the salt to whipped tahini and lemon juice. Process for 30sec, Add half of the chickpeas (drain & rinsed with water) to the food processor then process 1min then add the rest and blend 2min
Add some water to the mix and keep blending until it's as smooth as you want! Eat with celery instead of pita chips to save carbs!
