Make Your Own Buns In 40 Minutes

Forget to buy rolls or buns at the store? Make your own in 40 minutes.
Preheat oven 425 degrees. Mix 2tbsp of yeast with 2 cups and 2tbsp of water until the yeast is dissolved. Add 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix and then let stand for a few minutes. Add one egg, 1tsp of salt, and 3-3.5 cups flour. Mix until you have a soft dough.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 3 minutes or until it gets elasticity. Make 10-12 buns and place on a greased baking sheet. Leave 2 inches between buns. Cook for 8-12 minutes. (My preference is to use a baking mat). Cook until slightly brown.
Enjoy as a roll or bun. These turn out fluffy and delicious!
