  • Preheat oven 425 degrees.  Mix 2tbsp of yeast with 2 cups and 2tbsp of water until the yeast is dissolved.  Add 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 1/4 cup sugar.  Mix and then let stand for a few minutes.  Add one egg, 1tsp of salt, and 3-3.5 cups flour.  Mix until you have a soft dough.

  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 3 minutes or until it gets elasticity.  Make 10-12 buns and place on a greased baking sheet.  Leave 2 inches between buns.  Cook for 8-12 minutes.  (My preference is to use a baking mat).  Cook until slightly brown.
