Make Your Lips Healthier & SmootherAll you need is a dry toothbrush (electric or not) and some vaseline.
* Put some vaseline on the toothbrush but not too much
* Then brush on your lips for about 4 or 5 minutes to get rid of all the cracked and unwanted skin off
* After you are done, your lips may feel tingly(that's a good thing)
* Lastly wipe off the excessive vaseline and then apply your favorite lip gloss (mines mixed berry - Hawaiian Tropic)
