  • Choose some colored pencils, I prefer Crayola (or RoseArt) because they are safe to use and non-toxic- little kids, after all, put these in their mouths!

  • Pop some into a glass of pretty warm/kind of hot water for 5 minutes.

  • As you can see, only the bottom color (navy blue) is done, but the others need to sit in warm water a bit more.

  • When all the colors are pretty bright, they are done sitting in the water. Now smudge them on you hand to make sure they aren't really sharp.

  • I decided to make splotches of colors on my lips (red, pink, red-orange, some clear lip balm) and I used sky blue, navy blue, blueberry, black, and brown for a slight cat-eye. You can do whatever you want- be creative!! πŸ˜†
