  • Sadly, eyeliner will rub off relatively quickly in these areas due to the water that your eyes produce as well as the friction created when you blink. These steps will help your eyeliner stay on longer and look bolder.

  • Wipe off your waterline and tightline with a dry Q-Tip to remove any oils or liquids.
