  • My meal prep is just for 5 days of lunches.

  • Need:

    1 package extra lean ground turkey meat
    1 red bell pepper
    1 green bell pepper
    2 cups brown rice
    Broccoli or any veggie of your choice

  • *Cut up the bell peppers as fine or chunky as you like/ cut up as much or as little as you like

    *Mix in 1 whole package of extra lean ground turkey and season to your liking. (I used cayanne pepper and garlic salt)

    *Cook two cups of brown rice

    *Steam broccoli (steamed mine with pepper and lemon)

  • You can cook the turkey however you like. I shaped mine into small patties and cooked them on high heat in a non stick pan. I did spray the pan with some cooking spray.
