Low Calorie Healthy Egg Drop Soup!!

  • What you need:
    2 cups of water
    2 bouillon cubes (chicken flavored)
    1 carrot
    1 stalk of celery
    1-2 eggs

  • Heat up water in pot with bouillon cubes

  • Chop up the carrot and celery and toss into the pot.
    Let simmer until they are soft to your liking

  • Now crack the eggs into a bowl, whip them and add salt and pepper.

  • Bring the broth up to a light boil.
    Pour egg in while stirring the broth, and continue to stir for about 30 seconds.

  • Pour the soup into a bowl and enjoy \^_^/

  • Calories: (about) With one large egg: 100 With 2 large eggs: 180 This recipe will serve about 1 person, and is packed with protein. You can use better quality chicken broths if you want, I just made a simple really low calorie one considering bouillon cubes only have 5 calories a piece. You can also add more veggies if you want,
