Low Calorie Healthy Egg Drop Soup!!

What you need:
2 cups of water
2 bouillon cubes (chicken flavored)
1 stalk of celery
Heat up water in pot with bouillon cubes
Chop up the carrot and celery and toss into the pot.
Let simmer until they are soft to your liking
Now crack the eggs into a bowl, whip them and add salt and pepper.
Bring the broth up to a light boil.
Pour egg in while stirring the broth, and continue to stir for about 30 seconds.
Pour the soup into a bowl and enjoy \^_^/
With one large egg: 100
With 2 large eggs: 180
This recipe will serve about 1 person, and is packed with protein. You can use better quality chicken broths if you want, I just made a simple really low calorie one considering bouillon cubes only have 5 calories a piece.
