Have you noticed your hair falling out as you comb it or while your in the shower? Reasons and solutions:
  • Normally, when you've noticed your hair starting to fall out bit by bit, people say that your getting older. Ok, that may be true but the main reason your hair falls out is because of the lack of vitamin D that you're body is getting. Vitamin D is important for you're body and if you're not getting enough of it, the body starts to get rid of the things that it doesn't need like you're hair.

  • Other signs of not getting the correct amount of vitamin D:

White spots appearing on finger or toenails.
    White spots appearing on teeth.

  • Foods containing vitamin D:

    Fatty fish
    Cereals (especially multi grain Cheerios)
    Milk
    Orange juice

  • Once you start eating these foods, you should notice you're hair growing back and the white spots disappearing!

    Hope this helped!!!!!
