  • okay, first off, I just want to say that this has worked for me, I started in January 2016 and I'm still continuing to do it now (March 2016). it might not work as fast as it did for me but its still worth a try! anyways, these are some tips to losing weight the BEST way, your health and even your self-esteem will benefit. keep in mind that you will not see results immediately but gradually over a couple months, I know this sounds discouraging but it is better!

  • first, you want to try to minimize your serving sizes. I. had the problem with eating even when I was full and my stomach grew to be LARGE. not always will you have to do this, if you eat hardly anything at all in the first place, first eat more, don't starve yourself, and second then that's not your problem. for the people whose stomachs are the problem, just eat less, when you get full STOP! eating less carbohydrates also will help with not having the desire to eat so much.

  • if you eat when you're bored, find something to do, that is not sitting in front of a TV or video game, but that uses more energy. only eat when you have to

  • do some anaerobic and aerobic exercises. that's pretty much any walking, running, jogging, swimming, sporty this g that you can do. YOU NEED EXERCISE.

  • pick a workout on here that works best for you, it does t have to be the most intense, it could just be simple. just make sure that it can make you sweat

  • keep trying this for a couple months and I am positive that you will have results, if you don't, you might not being doing enough. just do as much as possible! its easy and you will be able to keep yourself in shape for a long time
