  • In order to lose fat instead of muscle, you need to stay active. Do 30 minutes-1 hour of cardio a day or every other day (every day is recommended). You should also drink as much water as normal during this

  • The longer you fast, the quicker you will start losing weight. I do not recommend this if you do not have very much fat to begin with. That puts you more at the risk of losing muscle instead of fat

  • When you start eating again, start at 200-300 calories then progress.. If you are worried about ruining your metabolism, there are pills you can take for that.

  • If you are worried about feeling hungry or sick, don't. The first three days may be a little hard but nothing too extreme. After that you feel perfectly fine and you don't even feel hungry! Just remember to do cardio! That's important.
