I bet that you have heard so many diets, and each one had told you a different thing every time. It gets annoying and confusing! So I'm showing you my tips how I am actually losing weight, and it's working. No buying expensive crap and pills. Just eating right and doing a decent amount of exercise☺️☺️💪💪🍌🍌🍍🍍
1.) Do not skip meals and never starve yourself! If you don't eat, your body will store fat on your body which will not aid in weight loss. Also starving yourself can lead to extreme health problems, which you obviously nobody wants.🚑
2.) Self Motivation ☺️ I bet, just like me, when you started a diet you got bored of it and ate that Mars bar in the cupboard. Don't expect to loose ten pounds over night and be your goal weight in the morning cause that won't happen. Believe in yourself and pick that apple over the kitkat🍎
3.) Proven to be the healthiest drink🍃 For me it taste disgusting! But I do like having a cup of it every morning as it boots up your metabolism to make you burn calories and will shoo all those nasty toxins out your body. It also has a lot of health benefits as well.
4.)Water is your best friend🌊 Drink a glass of water thirty minutes before a meal and it will fill your stomach up a bit so you will get full more easier. Drinking a glass before you go sleep will help when you go to the toilet in the morning, it will flush a lot I toxins out☺️
5.) Low carb diet is just a big fat no👎 You need carbs for energy! How do you expect to do exercise without energy? I am not saying that you should go crazy on your carbs but you still need them in your diet. It's the bad crabs you don't want, such as: fries, chips, crisps, pizza.🍟🍔🍕
6.)Range of foods🍛 You need to mix your food up. Every food will be high in something but low in another. Dairy is very fattening but you need calcium for healthy teeth and bones. Maybe a feta salad? You get your calcium and your veggies.
7.) Eat well🍴 You can do a big mass out work out every day but you need to have the right diet or you're gonna lose no weight at all. You want to be healthy as well as the goal weight you want. When I did three years of food tech in school, we always were taught about the eat well plate. 🍎🍊🍋🍒🍇
8.) Are you pouring on the pounds?👎 . There is absolutely no nutrition at all in a can of soda. When you go in the shop and see the diet coke, never buy it, it is just as bad as normal coke. Soda drinkers have a higher increase of serious health problems. It's that ten teaspoons of sugar? Yes.
9.) Bananas 🍌🍌🍌 A banana is very filling and if you add maybe a few slices to your cereal or toast in the morning it will fill you up more and you won't be wanting the time to hurry up for lunch.
10.) Brown carbohydrates🍞 You don't have to turn to brown carbs but they are so much better for you than white ones as the fibre in them helps you poop more and will be more filling than white.
