I attempted this diet and it is SUCCESSFUL
i lost 7lbs in 7 days!! So I did it again 2 weeks later and lost a total of 12 lbs in the last 3 weeks!!
I feel so good, now I will keep up with eating healthy and exercising to maintain the weightloss.
I don't recommend doing this diet for long, 1 week is more than enough to get you started and back on the right track!!
1 pk of sliced mushrooms
2 green peppers
1 bunch of green onions
1 bunch of celery
half of cabbage head
2 garlic cloves
2 cans diced tomatoes (spicy red pepper)
1 bottle of V8 (1.83L)
