Keep healthy snacks around the house like apples and carrots to keep you away from unhealthy things like chips or sweets.
Eat Superfoods- Super foods are foods that are low in calories but packed with nutrients. Eating super foods can help your body bounce back from the stress of pregnancy and birth. Some great super foods are fish, milk, yogurt, and other lean meats. Don't forget the fruits and veggies!
Drink Water!-Not only is water a zero calorie drink, it also is important to keep yourself hydrated. Keeping up your water intake can help speed up your metabolism and keep you fuller to help curb your appetite.
Keep Active- While eating healthy and keeping hydrated are important, It's almost just as important to make sure you're getting physically active. A combination of aerobics and strength training can do wonders for helping cut down the baby weight and tone up your muscles.
Sleep!- Making sure you get enough sleep may seem impossible with a baby crying at all hours of the night, but it is one of the most important things you can do. Sleep deprivation leads to decreased activity and can lead to unhealthy food choices. Try napping at the same time as baby to get rest.
