Lose 5 Pounds In 3 days!I'm not over weight, but I was never happy with my weight. I tried everything but I felt like I would never feel comfortable in my clothing.One morning I decided to really change my habits. Here's 5 steps I used and I literally dropped 5 pounds and felt so much better in only 3 days!Step 1: Whatever time you wake up, better if earlier.
Run/walk a mile or two whichever one you are more capable of.
Step 2: drink one full water bottle before you eat breakfast.
Step 3: wait 3 hours without eating anything and go run/walk another mile, then eat lunch with another water.
Step 4: I then used YouTube to have some cardio dancing workouts for about 10 minutes then did crunches or any type of muscle tone.
Step 5: lastly just kept moving and doing anything to burn calories. Eat dinner around 7 and don't eat anything afterwards.Throughout one day I woke up feeling really amazed and wanting to do more!
