  • I only lost 8 pounds in 3 days so don't feel bad if you didn't lose that much, some people lost 15 pounds so idk how. I am not fat btw πŸ˜€
    Update: i don't like tuna so i did peanut butter again (don't do nutella) and instead of hot dogs I ate sausages.
    Endure the hungriness because it'll get better on day 3 (as you can see the food gets less and less). You can do this 3-day diet once a week or once every two week. It's better if you do a cardio workout!
    PLEASE STOP ASKING OTHER PEOPLE IF IT WORKS, this diet is only for 3 days ONLY THREE HEALTHY DAYS so do it and see it for yourself.
