    If you go to the gym, run around the gym 4 times/laps or if you want to push yourself, do at least 8 laps.

    Do lunges; at least two rounds of lunges for 30 seconds.

    Go up to a wall and bent down like you're going to do squats. But jump up as high as you can touching the wall then coming back down touching your knees. Do ten jump, three rounds each.

    Squats; Do at least 25, but if you're pushing yourself, do at least 50.

    after all those ^ Stretch, do some yoga.

    if the next day you feel sore, especially your legs, then it's working.

  • I personally did these at volley ball practice and yes, it works. The next day, I was so sore, it was pain but it felt good to know I did it.
