    Get your lazy ass up in bed.

    Stretch.

    Do as says on the picture.

    10 reps x 3 sets. EACH.

    Means:

    DO:

    #1 ~ Do and count to 10 (each leg)
    #2 ~ Do and count to 10
    #3 ~ Do and count to 10 (each leg)
    #4 ~ Do and count to 10 (each leg)

    Rest for 30 - 60 seconds.
    (No longer than a minute for you want to keep your heart- rate up to lose the fat in your body).

    After rest.. Repeat workout.

    3 times.

    < 10 reps x 3 sets >

    Also: Squat challenges DO NOT work. Eat healthy and ONE cheat day/week.

    Lift. Even squat with dumb bells.

    Always 8+ reps x 3+ sets!!!
