Lemon-pepper Fried Salmon With Fried Rice

1/2 cup White rice
1 frozen package carrots & peas
Soy sauce (as desired)
2-3 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 salmon filet
Lemon-pepper to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Rice: Boil rice & shock in cold water to stop cooking. Put veg. oil in a skillet & fry rice with soy sauce carrots, peas, & eggs for about 7 minutes constantly stirring.
Salmon: Put veg. oil in skillet, heat to medium heat. Put desired amount of lemon-pepper on both sides of salmon.
Begin skin side up & fry each side for 5 minutes.
