  • Do this the length of a basketball court or between 8/10 sets
  • Frog hop starts the series
    20 jump squats
    40 jump lunges
    20 burpee
  • 40 mt. Climbers
    5 shuffle push ups
    20 jumping jacks
  • That ends one set do a set 8-10 times or just a full length of a court. 👍 good luck!
  • Frog jump (starts set)
    20 jump squat
    40 jump lunge
    20 burpee
    40 mt. Climber
    5 shuffle push ups
    20 jumping jacks
    (Start over with frog jump do 8-10 reps)
