  • Take your leftover roast potatoes and all meat , we had chicken and gammon, but it will work with any meat! Preferably 2 kinds, pigs in blankets would work as a perfect 2nd type! Chop an onion and fry, dice the potatoes and meat finely and add to pan. Crumble a a stock cube over, then fry together.
