Lean Legs Pyramid Workout π₯πͺπ»ππ»π¦I have been doing this workout for about a week and can see a big difference in my legs already! I have noticed they seem more toned and the little cellulite I did have is melting away! You do the exercises from top to bottom then from bottom to top! Its killer πͺπ»π₯The jumping jacks are the worst part because they seem to take forever!
