This may seem silly but USE COCUNUT OIL! Put a teaspoon of it in your smoothie. Put a little in your snacks . This will help
DRINK WATER! Before you eat drink a half or a cup of water. This way you won't eat as much thus consume less calories and water helps break down fat! You can lose so much weight just by drinking more water!!
EAT WITH A LITTLE SPOON!! And eat slowly! When you eat slower your body will know when it's full and you'll know when to stop. When your getting big intakes and quickly you won't have time to know if your still hungry
Don't take shortcuts guys! Don't be lazy! If your not lazy your body will start to show it!
