Using heat on your hair can damage it. It can cause frizz and can make your hair break more easily. Instead of using a curler or a straightener curl your hair without heat. Also let your hair air dry.

Having your hair up in tight pony tails alot is not good for you hair. It pulls at your scalp and you hair can fall out. When you hair is in a pony tail try tying it on different places on your head to escape balding in your future.
Taking showers alot is not good it strips your scalp of the good germs of your head leaving your hair looking unhealthy. Try talking one every other day and on days were your not going anywhere, just don't shower unless needed.
