Keep Your Veggies From Molding In The Fridge
DIY & Crafts
Want to make your fruit & veggies last longer even after cutting into them? What you'll need: 1. Ziplock bags 2. Coffee filters 3. White vinegar 4. Paper towels 5. A glass plate Take your veggies & rinse them down or wash them with veggie wash & pat them dry with some paper towels & set aside.
Take your coffee filter & place them onto a glass plate & pour 2 capfuls of white vinegar onto the filter until it is semi-transparent but not enough that it drips when taken off the plate. Wrap your now clean & dry fruits/veggies in the damp coffee filter & place into a ziplock bag/container
Of your choice & place into your fridge. If the fruit/veggies have been cut into, place damp coffee filter over the cut area & place into ziplock bag or a container & place into fridge. The vinegar will stop mold from growing on your produce. For berries, (DONT WASH BERRYS OR WET THEM) simply line
The bottom of the plastic berry container with a damp coffee filter and place BERRYS back in the container and place into fridge. And that's all there is too keeping your fruits & veggies fresher longer 😊🍓🍆🍈🍅!
